MindTrade Academy provides educational content about foreign exchange trading: recorded lessons, downloadable material, and live online sessions.

We are an education provider. We are not a SEBI-registered investment advisor or research analyst. We do not manage funds, place trades on your behalf, or provide personalised investment advice.

Trading foreign exchange carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of your entire capital. Nothing we teach guarantees a profit.

Any past results discussed in our material, whether ours or a student's, are illustrative and do not indicate future performance. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes.

You must provide accurate details when registering and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

One account is for one person. Sharing credentials, or sharing course material with people who have not purchased it, is grounds for termination without refund.

On purchase you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the course for as long as we operate the platform.

You may not record, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly share any part of the course. Our videos carry a watermark identifying the account they were played on.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card details.

Access is granted once payment is confirmed. If payment succeeds but access does not appear, contact us and we will resolve it.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, in particular the sharing or redistribution of course material.

You may stop using the service at any time. See our refund policy for what is refundable.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [DISTRICT], Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
