Account details you give us: name, email address, phone number and city.

Learning activity: which lessons you have watched and your position in them, so you can resume where you left off.

Payment records: the amount, date and payment reference. Card and UPI details are handled entirely by Razorpay and never reach our servers.

To give you access to what you purchased, track your progress, send you information about live sessions, and provide support.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We may disclose information where required by Indian law.

Your data is stored on servers we control, with encrypted transport (HTTPS) and regular backups. Access is limited to the people who run the academy.

You can ask us to correct or delete your personal data at any time by emailing support@mindtradeacademy.in. Deleting your account removes your personal details; we retain payment records where tax law requires it.

We use a single cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
